The Glendale Police Department's K-9 Unit is funded through donations from the public. All the costs of the program including purchasing and training the dogs, purchasing equipment, food, shampoo, training aids, and everyday supplies are paid for from the generosity of our community. The Glendale Police Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which has been helping to support the Glendale Police Department K-9 program since its inception in 2005. All donations made to the K-9 Unit are tax-deductible. The monies raised by the Foundation are directly used for the Glendale Police K-9 Unit. Through the community support we are able to provide protection, safety, and service for the residents of Glendale.The Glendale Police K-9 Unit would like to thank the following people for their generous donations.
